Recipe compote
2000 g Pears
1500 Water
200 g brown rock candy
1stick cinnamon 5 cloves 1 Lemon the juice
Cook it for 10-15 minutes
Later boil the glasses in a pot with hot water for 45 minutes
Recipe Pear jam
1200 g pears
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 stick cinnamon 3 cloves 1 lemon the juice
1 pack of preserving sugar 3 :1
Pear liqueur
1500 g pears 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1000 ml Wodka
250 ml water 1 lemon the juice
150- 200 g raw cane sugar
When Its ready put in the fridge for 3 days

Aber mit birnen sieht man nicht so oft.
Dabei ist es eine leckere Angelegenheit.
Das wäre auch zu schade wenn man so einen großen Baum hat und man es nicht verwendet.
