Thank you so much for making this video. I have used your pattern to make 3 pairs for christmas presents. I love how you talk to the camera like you were talking to someone right in the same room.plus you don't dummy talk to us like we don't know how to do anything.
I know this video was live a long time ago but I am sorta new to crochet, you stopped explaining what to do just after we switched to the grey color, is there a written pattern in English I can buy or something so I can finish this project with complete instructions, I really appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you. I'll check back to see if anyone knows about a pattern.
Hi , im not sure what has happened on your end but there is still over 1hr worth of video there, lol so im not sure what to tell you. If you Join my channel membership , you can get the PDF, or find it on Etsy at Beyond the Lens, however this is FREE, and im positive the video continues. Im sorry this has happened to you, but the video does continue to the end of the slipper. I promise. Lol. Unless im mistaken about what you are telling me?
Are you referring to just having the written pattern on the screen and no Audio from me? If you are, then a written pattern wont help you, it will look the same as what is written on the screen. After you switch to grey, we go into decreases, SC2tog stand for Single Crochet 2 together, which is just a decrease, the next row will be just a regular 1 single crochet in each st, and you will do that again. Then we start to increase. (2sc) means 2 single crochets in the same space, which is an increase. Sorry i either misunderstood before, or I misunderstand now..without having a question asked, it difficult to gauge what you want to know. So i hope both my answers were helpful, or at least one of them.
i have womens 8, mens 7, kids and toddler shark slipper PDF's on the membership page, and all the video's to go with them on my youtube channel , hope you can find what you are looking for
I just did my first one and the nose came out WAY bigger than the bottom lip. I guess I'm making derp sharks LOL I'm sure it was my measurement adjustments to get it down to a size 6. I wish that part had been a bit clearer. Anyway, I'll get it figured out on the next pair. What a fun project!!
On your 3rd grey row it don't add up to 18 and I have 16 stitches after the first decrease not 14 like your video. 18-2=16 now I don't know what to do😢
You have a 2 sts difference…it’s not a big deal..its 2 sts, it will still be a slipper at the end. Please clarify your statement you made the other day, when you told me to stop saying it was hard..
These are adults, but im sending a link to my shark playlists as i have many different sizes of shark slippers for you to choose from Shark Stuff ua-cam.com/play/PLnvV-venQYBNdh96Vk9JVlp8TvuRTOo2l.html
So when im doing the bottom jaw…just do more rows before you start to dec. And match the number of rows in the nose part of the video, before you start to decrease. So in the parts where i say do “X” number of rows, you will just do more, try it on so you know when you have reached your desired length, then proceed with the video as normal. Hope this helps
Even if you could use a smaller hook size..I'm not sure it would make that much difference..the only suggestion I have is don't increase as much as I did..keep putting it on your foot to be sure it will be wide enough. I hope this helps..maybe some others would have a better suggestion.
You could try a baby fine (3) yarn. And whatever size hook it calls for. I guess it all depends on the age of the child. I am currently.designing a child's size..starting with age 6-7 years..and working my way down

Anyone have any tips for making the width smaller? I’m using a bulky chenille yarn and they are coming out huge! Thanks
