Cyclone Swell On A Fishing Kayak

- Cyclone Oma moves in towards the east coast of Australia and will put a hold on fishing for a week or two. There was a small window of opportunity to get out for one last bash at a mackerel, but with the swell starting to pick up, getting out there and back in was a challenge... Some nice big waves to test the new kayak!

First off, I’ve put my boat in at dark on a calm glass lake, and it was terrifying. You have a serious set of acorns on you going out there like that! Lastly, your voice, demeanor, and info is actually tolerable to listen to and watch as to a lot of the channels I see. Keep killin it!

I dont fish but love your vids (especially the camping ones) I darnt watch that one with the hook in your finger 😱
Couldn't quite see how heavy a sinker you had on your bait rig. A heavier weight will keep those baits from swimming up and tangling. I make my own bait rigs and never put more than four hooks on a rig. Those 6 and 7 hooks rigs are too much to deal with. That was cool watching you surf the waves back to the beach. Thought for sure the white water had you at the end.
