- 2 chocolate bar.
- 100 gram konafeh or kadayıf.
- Tablespoon of butter.
- 150 gram pistachio butter or pistachio cream.

How did u manage to maintain the crunch of the katafi after mixing with pistachio paste ?
I made this today but the katafi became soggy 5 mins after mixing it with pistachio cream.
Did u wait for it to completely cool down before adding the cream?

Thank you! 😊 I'm glad you liked it. I let the kunafa cool slightly, but not completely, so it mixes more easily with the pistachio cream. The key to maintaining crunch is roasting the kunafa evenly over low heat-patience is key! 😂 Let me know if you try it again.

@@yoomi_cafe yes that’s what I did the kunafa was roasted slowly till it’s golden brown and mixed it in with pistachio cream while it was warm , it soaked up all the pistachio cream and after a few mins the mixture became like a dough 😅
However I’m thinking maybe because I made the pistachio cream my self from scratch and it didn’t cool down completely before mixing with kunafa
I hope next time will be crunchy
