Incubus has been one of my favorite bands for a long time. Intelligent lyrics, wonderful musicianship, vocals and varying song styles keep my interest. I think you would love “Summer Romance” (Anti gravity song). Very different from “Drive” in a jazzy way. Great reaction 💜.
In the Detroit (Michigan) radio market, which is pretty diverse, I still hear Incubus songs played on our “Alt” station and I’m always happy to hear them.
My kid had me listen to Aqueous Transmission by Incubus and I loved it. This is my second Incubus song, liking it too, thanks for continuing what my kid started!
Intelligent commentary on a super smart track. I love Brandon's lyric writing. Their other songs are quite experimental and different - this was one of their first 'radio friendly' tracks but all of their stuff is interesting and thought provoking. Keep discovering them.
First one of theirs I heard. Still my fave of those I have heard. Thanks, Harri, happy Sunday, mate! While I'm here I'd like to request 'I Lie In the Bed I Make' by Brother Cane.
This is a nono-baby boomer generstion. So yhe name Incubus. But Generation X tune is very rich like Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson has full of fears. Madonna has a fear of not being successful celine Dion chases for applause. Whitney Houston has a general fear with life. R.E.M, a rock band, has a song Losing My Religion. They have a fear of losing their religion. Note that in the Scott Mackenzie's video I was talking about Pluto transitting in Leo in that era and not talking about the natal chart which is the person's characteristic.
I chose the original video of this song with it's 165 million views for harri to react to. Evidently that was blocked by YT and Harri selected the version with the lyrics.
Honestly, Cynthia, this is the only song by Incubus that I like. When you listen to a lot of their other material it's hard to believe they're the same band. So glad you liked it!
Check out their album Morning View. Personally, I like every song on it. This song is from their album Make Yourself which is good as well, but can't say I like every song. Pardon Me and Stellar are songs on that album that were really popular.
I think Incubus could fall under an alternative band. They have a great catalog of songs. Great reaction.

Late 90s classic. Loved this song and how the music was evolving as the decade was ending.
Even though it was released in 2000 you snob
Great band! One of my favorites by them is *Aqueous Transmission.* Instant happiness and relaxation every time I listen to it.
I can never get to the singing frogs before I fall asleep. 😊
Thanks, Harri, I’ve never heard this before and I thought it was great
Absolutely love this tune! What a great message for all those who need to choose possible destruction or Life!! Thanks Harry
Not aware of Incubus but enjoyed this song. Nice harmonies. Thanks PNCombie and Harri. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦
You're welcome, Mary.
I heard this song before but had no idea who the band was. Nice pick Pncombies!! 👍
Thank you, Imadrummin!

A great song with a solid message. Great reaction!
My favourite Incubus song is Wish You Were Here . It makes me feel like I'm back in high school lmao
Another great song, love this one so much!
Amazing band
❤
Hey great song to react to! I learned about this band from my kids. Next you should try 11:00 a.m. or dig. Both are excellent.
Incubus is a very good band, didn't last to long but their work was great
They're still around

sounds like Crosby, Stills, and Nash mixed with Nirvana. There's somebody else but i cant put my finger on it.
Another song with a cool beat is Do I Want to Know by the Arctic Monkeys
Great track but... The video is superb. You Tube don't allow vids?

I love this one Neal but not really familiar with it. I’ll have to check out some of their other songs.

Good reaction. For some odd reason when I hear this song it makes me think of Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day. Completely unrelated.
I've heard this story too many times ... "tomorrow I'm going to start doing things right!". Sorry, I don't buy it ...
