Vietnam is reach in natural resources and water resources. If one is lacking food, one can go in the forest and find food. Not very many places are gifted whith such abundance.
Streams of fresh water coming out of all your mountains...water is life because without it there could be no life.
My sadness comes when i see so many Vietnamese peoples taking that for granted and not appreciate this great gift the Good Lord has given you.
Just ask the people who don't have the luxury of water, and their little children have to walk kilometers every day to fatch dirty water...because that is all they have and most of them die due to cholera and worm infestation.
I know this because i sponsor children in those places.
Knowing this, it is devastating for me watching people loitering the streams, leaving debris in the water. The worse offense is building a toilet by a stream or worse yet a pig pan.
Do these people even consider where the pig pen and toilet waste ends up?...IN THE STREAM, rendering the water palluded and unfit to wash in it, to use it for cooking or to give it to animals.
I am not a crazy environmentalist like many, im just a concern person who witnesses dissipation of you most precious natural resources... water...which is life itself.
One can live without food for many days, but not without water for more than 3 days.
Take care of you resources, especially water...PLEASE.

When someone writes a post in a language other than Vietnamese, below the post it says "TRANSLATE"
