Just goes to show how much of a difference good physical fitness and eating clean can make in a persons overall health ... The ppl now in their 30s/40s are the last gens where they really have the value of putting work in and goin thru adversity ... Alot of these younger kids now value getting high and flexin no matter the cost, or how bad of an idea it may be ... Often you see the value of hard work and building up any particular craft has been lost, in many ways ... I think that the whole digital world has really pushed the instant gratification or payoff model even further esp on young impressionable ppl ... The concept of putting in a ton of work and honing a craft is no longer normalized ...

I remember me and all my friends would wake up on the weekends and watch the And 1 mix tapes and then we'd all come up with our own nick names like "professor" "hot sauce" etc.. we'd make our own names though and then go outside and pretend to put on real street games. All had the shoes and the sweat bands! What a time to be a kid. Professor and hot sauce were always the favorite. Glad to see he's doing well and still passionate about the game! This is awesome no jumper.

Maan I used to love watching *"The Professor"* break dem boyz ankles in those *And1 Mixtapes* and it used to be shown on Television, but I forgot what channel... I remember it was shown late at night tho.

He has really been through a lot of ups and downs and he really made a name for himself. Me and him both struggled with height and size but still loved basketball. I can relate a lot. Fasho 💯 I wasn’t a big fan of Adam for a long time but the past year or so..the no jumper interviews have been so diverse and with so many cool interesting people..and also it seems to me anyways that since he’s settled down and become a dad..he’s just more chill. Not so much about getting fucked up and partying and siding with the majority opinion on things..it feels like he’s more comfortable with himself and it shows in his interviews. To a scout...He didn't make the NBA because of body size. He is not the "prototypical" NBA Guard size.
Compound that with the athleticism of tall NBA guards and he at a disadvantage.
You hear the one guy make I.T or JJ Berera comparisons...small guards that make it and last that long in the league are the EXCEPTIONS, not the common.
Its no different than guys that are good running backs or receivers, or any other positions in football...there is still a physical size requirement, same as the NBA.
