He has great insight and great knowledge to share but people (especially the women he brings on) won’t be receptive to it because of HOW he does things. A great teaching moment is now wasted because he could have showed a lil more respect in his choice of words. I look at Sharp as a teacher who has great insight for his people, but it ain’t going to get far if he doesn’t shift a little bit.
