We tried this type of splice once. Although it is faster, once we tightened our belt tight enough to run with out slipping, the belt broke in no time at all. The staples mad a perfect perforation where the belt would break!!! We got rid of them fast and went back to Flexco R5-1/2.

Flexco is where this all starts and ends….dont waste your time,energy on inferior splices
