Pure ideal gameplay formula, and space with out limits - for great ideas about missions and themes. Even only fanats make genius mods like Destination of Paris. I hope Commandos will come back. There are no other games I would waited with a such heartbeat...

I still playing all the series of Commandos ( Specially Destination Paris ) And still whenever I hear the song, I get that feel of excitement that I got from the first day that I found this game again! This game made my childhood! And now with its new version : Destination Paris, Its making rest of the part of my life!!!!!
I am now in August 2020 and I am 44 years old .. I lived with this game for a long time and I was young .. Memorable moments and times to the point that I memorize the tasks well .. and I have parts on CDs that I go to play every time I feel nostalgic for it. Nice past .. I came here for 1:55 - the Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty main menu theme. It is so beautiful...I don't know, I think the pitch was higher in the original though, but still nice.
It was in a higher pitch, yeah. But it was played on a theremin I believe, and I don't think any of the instruments in that orchestra can get that high.
@@AxellSlade I spoke with Mateo Pascual about what instrument he used to create that sound and this is what he said "Thanks for your kind words. I did that sound with a Korg Trinity Plus I had in that moment. I remember I used the VA synthesis in the expansion module for that one, so it must be the "plus" version. I can't guarantee but maybe just a korg prophecy could also work (as the "plus" card for the trinity was merely a prophecy synth card). I hope that helped. Best regards, Mateo"
