Mikes life has been very traumatic, his early life being sort of normal with Terrence and all but then falling apart. Being compared is one thing that really hurts but I couldn’t imagine being compared to your sibling. Only Elizabeth understood him, losing her must have been awful, and Evan’s death and torments definitely didn’t help. The silent treatment didn’t either and separating from Terrence, Naomi’s death, learning about his mother’s sickness, and that argument plus all that happened to him is more than enough to push him to his limits. Mike didn’t deserve this and should’ve gotten something better.

looking at Mike's life, it's so hard to see this damaged little boy who was torn down piece by piece by his own family dead or alive try and push forward with life. Mike was always on the verge of a psychotic break, without the bite Micheal you've murdered Terrence and/or William (probably more) now I wanna hug Mike 😭

Michael deserves the biggest fattest hug. Like his life was only good when he was a toddler-
Williams logic doesn’t make sense, he abused and treated Michael terribly. He was never there for him and like all of the sudden he cares once Michael is gone.
Doesn’t seem like Terrence was ever there for Michael. I didn’t fully understand why Michael resented him so much but now I do. Terrence failed as a twin and when he finally took action, it was too late.
As I’ve been saying, what Evan did was way worse than what Michael ever did. It’s not even comparable, Evan’s actions are wrong no matter what. The fact Evan even victimizes himself and refuses to see what he did was wrong is even more terrible. Like at least Michael has guilt and learned from his mistakes.. Evan not so much.

I love how this is so accurate, cause, you can't just become suicidal randomly or just be severely depressed so quickly and easily, and I also love how it goes into detail! I do feel sooo bad for him though!! :c I remember watching a lot of videos that you could see in this one, the "ill never be good enough for you"-> showed some of his relationship w/ Elizabeth and how William asked why he couldn't be like terrace AND how he didn't like his thing for music. Shine a light (reprise) (I think) a music video with Evan tormenting him, telling him to kill himself. 12:13 --> I also watched this one, Atonement: basically terrace told him to kill himself (also shown in this video), later he went to apologize, and shown in the video that was his death. (I didn't know he possed funtime foxy bcs i have rarely been on yt in a while). -Sorry if I basically said what heppend in the video- idk why i just started to type this.

If there’s one lesson that you can take from this version of Michael, it’s this:Don’t EVER say what Terrance said to him. You have no idea how much it will hurt.
Great video! But I have some questions:
- Why does Jessica (Mike's 1st girlfriend) didn't appear in a video where he met his exes?
- Does his family knows he's bi? If yes, how did they react? If no, will he ever tell them?
- Is he still in touch with FNAF 4 tormentors?
If you ever answered any of these questions in your videos, then I'm sorry, but I don't always watch all of your videos. Again, amazing video and with a lot of research!

YOO THIS WAS SO GOOD! Basically answered all my Mike questions.
But more than anything it's left me feeling really bad for Terrance. Been thinking about him a lot lately.
Michael holds so much resentment towards him, but it feels pretty unfair. He does a lot of blaming Terrance for all the things he did wrong, but doesn't really acknowledge any of Terrance's struggles or the things he did to Terrance.
Like the main things were what Terrance said to him the day he took his own life, and how Terrance never really stood up for him against William, but it's been made pretty evident Terrance was struggling too back then. He was terrified of William and terrified of letting him down, doing literally anything wrong. Terrance was always pushing himself to be perfect, always trying so hard to be a good student, a good role model, a good brother, a good son. And when he was struggling he never had anyone there for him, spare maybe rose, but he still did everything he could to be there for Michael.
Like sure, he had no right to say those things to him, but it also wasn't his responsibility to be Michael's live in caretaker and therapist. He had enough going on. With all the stress of everything happening all the time I don't blame him for snapping and getting angry.
Not that he shouldn't feel guilty at all, but Michael doesn't even address the fact that he literally killed Terrance. You'd think he should feel at least a little guilty for that?
Terrance has been through so much, he literally watched his entire family die off one by one, found out the father he'd spent his whole life trying to please was a horrible person and a literal serial killer, then spent the rest of his life taking responsibility for William's sins and then was murdered by his siblings for trying to help them, then came back to life only to continue acting responsible for things his father did.
Since he was a kid he's always been so independent and responsible and hardworking, and everyone just learnt to expect that of him. His hard work and his suffering are hardly acknowledged because everyone's just so used to letting him deal with shit alone.
It makes me sad. Terrance is my fav character. I hope he and Michael are able to work things out eventually.
I kinda want to see there reactions of what Evan did to Mike when he was alive at the time just me?
I am sad about everything Michael had been thought and still I have a bit of hope his family will make up for him one day.
But I am glad you talked about depression, psychological abuse, etc.. Because it is a really serious thing and it happens to many people myself included, and the fact that you literally showed proof made my day because I think more people should know about this and how horrible it is. But sometimes (actually most of the time) I felt sb for Mike. You thought of his personality really precisely. I admire how his depression escalated, and how accurate his behaviour is now. Seeing react to Elizabeth's death really broke me. Although, seeing Terrance being on Mike's side after all of that cheered me up a little, even though I knew what he was going to say to him. Mike not getting a possibility to rest is also very saddening. You wrote his character really good.
I was waiting for this video. I'm glad it's finally out! And it's awesome, better than I expected. (Which is something like "fact 1 [insert fact], fact 2 [insert fact]", but it was actually kind of a backstory adding facts about him, which I just believe is wonderful!)
Unrelated to the video, but I would really love to see your AU meet their past selfs. Like usually in other aus it would be kind of boring cause most of them are the same, but yours is unique and every single video of yours is entertaining and interesting!

It would be nice for Rose and William to acknowledge that while how they raised their kids wasn't considered abuse back then, it was still abuse just painted over with the term 'acceptable discipline.' Like maybe Rose picked up some modern parenting book hoping to bridge the gap between Evan and Elizabeth and help Michael and comes face to face with the damage her old parenting style can cause and sees it in her kids. She'd break down, William would try to comfort her and lash out because narcissism. She played a role in that abuse and although William was way worse, we can't act like she's one hundred percent innocent.

- No, like I mentioned in the video, his death messed with his memory so he wasn't able to recognize her at first. It was only when Henry mentioned her name his memory got triggered.

Alex was killed a few weeks after Mike's death, so no.
And the Funtimes thought Terrance was William.

I love this so much because if fits in so many pieces into the AU. I personally prefer to believe Michael really didnt realise what he did to Evan was wrong. Because he was so wrapped up in his problems and life he never had the time to think and ponder how his action hurt others. This aspect makes him human and relatable. I personally relate to him. I was also at one point so caught up in my life i didnt think of others and how my careless action hurt them.

Just finished the video and have lots of things to say
First, i absolutely love how you take your time to learn about the stuff that you don't know like the illnesses and depressions and all of those stuff, it really shows you care alot when it comes to topics like those, because most FNaF gacha tubers wouldn't even know what their talking about when it comes to serious topics, but you carefully read through them and done alot of research which im so happy about.
Second, In my opinion, Mike had a very traumatic life, but what he did to evan and others at first wasn't very fair, i guess I understand why Mike "bullied" or teased Evan, which is reasonable but also unnecessary. What he did to other people was unfair too, I know he bullied others because of his personal stuff going on in his life, which most bullies do (considering alot of them at my school do this especially if they're unhappy with their life).
Third, i feel as if his family should've been there for him more especially after the bite, it's sad how the first person gone in that family was the only one he could rely on and can talk to anything about, it must've been hard for the whole family after Elizabeths death. It's good how Mike's bullying towards evan didnt worsen up though , but still no rights for him to do that as well. After the bite, his family definitely should've been there for him more especially when he hit depression. They practically made him invisible as if he wasn't there to the family.
Fourth, i like how Alex was the only one out of the jocks who didn't appreciate bullying especially after loosing a loved one, i gained more respect for him after that, its unfortunate how their relationship didn't work out though but fortunately they remained best friends after until Mikes death.
Fifth, i do like how Terrance tried to be there for Mike after he realized what he was going through, because Mike's life practically could've fallen down if he had no one by his side for that long. My respect for Terrance is 50/50 after what he unintentionally said to Mike, because as you mentioned, no one should ever say that to anyone especially if they're going through alot and have so much on their plate, always think before you speak.
Sixth, Mike's life practically went downhill after his death, thinking he would finally be in peace, but having William Afton as your parent automatically means a bad childhood, adulthood, and just life in general. Even after Mike died, william couldn't leave him alone.
I don't want to write too much but thank you dearly for taking your time to learn about and carefully write about these different types of illnesses and depressions. Amazing video!

Mikes early life hits hard in a way I didn’t expect, I understand and empathize with wanting for love and attention and feeling the need to hide his insecurities. None of this in any way excuses his actions, but still, I get it

All I have to say is, I hope Michael finds his way back to music.
Music brought out the best in him back then and I hope music will help him heal, stitch those wounds shut and be able to stand strong despite the scars he will have as he heals.

Keep William far away from him cuz he's cancer to Michael's very existence and at one point get Michael to unpack the trauma & resentment he has going on with Rosemary, Terrance and Evan. (Let him start small. He still has beef with Rosemary but her should be the easiest to sort out)
Well either that or that he finally gets to rest in peace. While I would love for him to heal and become a better version of himself, we can't discard the biggest and most obvious possibility of him just finding a way to stay permanently dead and taking it.
But I want him to at least try music before just giving up this second chance.

The Whole Family, Because Of William, They All Fallen And Became Bounded And Imprisoned With Undeath. But It's Without A Doubt That Out Of All The Family Members Who Have Suffered. Michael Afton Was The One Who Suffered The Most. Even Saying That Is A Bit Of An Underestimation. His Life And His Mental Health: *FELL. APART.* And Will Likely Never Recover. Alex And Naomi Are The Only Ones Who Are Somewhat Keeping Him Together, But The Damages Are Done.
