He is my inspiration in losing weight. He works very hard. Most of his roles are very challenging. Also he is very enthusiastic and entertaining behind the scenes. An extraordinary actor I think.

It's sad some people had to make it exaggerated then individuals got unhealthy and so unstable that it's now a taboo to talk about it. People also forget a great diet is mostly accessible to wealthier people who can get REAL nutrients, fresh food and compliment it with proper exercise. Dieting is not evil & sometimes you have to act to receive something. Other than that I admire the fact that he saw a problem & went on to fix it, he wasn't dieting out of fear or peer pressure. Loved him in moon lovers and I loved this post! I discovered when I am, I like teens, the connection between carbs and our bodies. I realize that eating more meats and vegetables I usually had more energy my body seem to function much better when I reduce the carbs I eat Ramen every day when I was younger because it was that quick food. I enjoyed spicy food, and it was easy to make! I never made the connection. Holly indicates how he was more clumsy. You are a slow down by eating all those carbs when your body really can’t absorb it,you becomes sort of like a slouth😂. Adorable how we had to pull up his own movies because he couldn’t remember, he needs to add some zinc to his diet to up that memory, and that brain power! ❤. Great post!
