My bro learnt karate for decades n has similar physique to JoonGi. Has great flexibility, dexterity, and reflexes too. People like Hodong think they are fast but they rly aren't If Joongi lands a quick kick to his neck, it's gg for him no matter how strong or bigger size he is. Been to many of my bro's competitions n actually saw a competitor K.O. with just one kick to the head. Didn't know this side of Joongi n it's definitel cool. They should be casting him for more action dramas.
ps: Wna leave it here for those who wna learn, if ur intention is to harm people then don't bother. A true master won't take u as a disciple. True martial artists use it as defense rather than attack.

Actually no, but he has a very flexible pelvis and spine and good muscle ability to isolate those movements, courtesy of his dance training. They need to stretch really well for such flexibility, it’s part of the ballet and jazz disciplines.
