I like Super poly/ or Change of heart a lot in this deck, also I saw a build with Maiden of the Millennium Moon and 3 Obliterate Blaze, for even more OTK second turn. This versions seems more like a mix of first and second turn.
Yea I’ve seen people play 1 or 2 maidens just for The extra protection. And you’re right I made this build to be flexible going 1st or second. I think 3 obliterate blaze in the main is over kill, maybe side the 3rd so you can side it in going first. Change of heart / snatch steal are really good and underrated. They warrant a side deck spot for sure. In the main you don’t want to brick with them going 1st. Everything is about player preference though! Super poly is amazing going 1st or seconds
Sphere Mode is a good card but it sucks you can't attack into it. So if they are only left with that then there is not much you can do. I do run 1 Sphere Mode but I also run 3 Lava Golems that way I have something I can attack into if needed. Also Ghost Sister & Spooky Dogwood is another great option. If you opponent plays into it then you will have a ton of life points on your next turn and Possibly just swing for game with Exodia.
@neospacianmigz all of the exodia pieces. I have the same problem when playing Yubel. At least I can turn the bricks in hand into Phantom of Yubel if needed. Exodia pieces in hand on the first turn draw do nothing for you. The game is too fast to draw 2-3 cards that don't do anything for you.
@neospacianmigz I was using Yubel as an example of playing a deck that requires bricks. These new nostalgia decks are cool. But they run way too many bricks to get you anywhere. Playing fun decks like this is fun with friends. But if you go to locals, it's probably going to be a miserable experience no matter how much you enjoy the deck. Yubel is having to do a lot of work to limit how many bricks we play. I just don't think there is any way around it for this deck. Which sucks, that it's just another fun non viable deck.
Lol i have finished a local now 2 w 2 Lost only for stupid card like barrier and 2 judgment, the deck Is very consistent,It only die from Ash on shield

Thanks for the video! Considering trying this deck!
You’re welcome! Thanks for the comment
In the combo section, the exodia piece in the s/t zone has to return to the deck after activating Ankh. Just wanted to point that out.
You’re right thanks for the tip
@neospacianmigz is be though? We just Temple places the cards as a permanent spellcard. That way it's not a face uo monster card, is it?
@@al99901 the spell shuffles all "monster cards", it doesnt care if they are treated as spells

Yea you’re right lava golem might be better here. And spooky dogwood never crossed my mind. Nice way to gain LP for Exodia attacks
@@neospacianmigz I need to do a few edits on mine but I am looking forward on taking it to my locals. Watching your deck helped.
Glad I could help! And good luck at locals!
Also I like maiden more than fiend reflection, because exodia incarnate is really weak agaisnt targeting effects that don't destroy
Might have to test her out
@@andresvalencia4335 deck might be better with more cards either way. Slightly less consistency, but slightly more non bricks on average
So many bricks
Which cards do you think are bricks?

@@Jessevibes well you need them to play the deck. what does yubel have to do with this? if you don't like the deck don't play it. simple.
