About the planet:
Felucia was a colorful, humid jungle planet located in the Felucia system of the Outer Rim. Native species on this planet are Felucians, jungle rancors, which lived in herds and co-existed in relative harmony with the local Felucian farmers, tee-muss, which were immigrated to the planet as battle mounts and gelagrubs, which were the largest species of Felucia. They were used as mounts by clone troopers during the Clone Wars.
Being a key planet for control of the Perlemian Trade Route, Felucia was the location of several battles between the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. After the execution of Order 66, Jedi Master Aayla Secura was executed by Commander Bly and the 327th Star Corps on Felucia. During the reign of Emperor Palpatine, the Galactic Empire maintained a large garrison in the Felucia system.
