Today I'm making salad with air fried chicken tenders with our salad. Just Wanted to #ChitChat with you guys while I was cooking.

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Air Fryed preheated to 380 degrees and cooked for 20 mins.
Chicken Thighs Cut Up
Grill Mates Zesty Herb Marinade Mix (Follow directions on packet)
Grills Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Spring Mix And Romaine Lettuce
Salt/Pepper
Boiled Eggs
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Red Onions
Cheese
Honey Roasted Pecans & Cranberries
Use whatever toppings you want for your salad.

Donna I like this Salad. My husband and I have it atleast twice a week. I use the breast or the thighs. Yes I use the same ingredients. I also cook smoked turkey sausage links in Air Fryer and cut up on our salad. It's 😋 😋

Try choc zero for an alternative to sugar. I order from them often..great taste and no sugar. Getting off flour too was very much needed, as I was diagnosed with a serious gluten sensitivity. I make bread at home using almond flour. Also use the egg white wraps for sandwiches. For me,cutting back on carbs was a lifesaver. I’m 61, so realize as we age, we need to be mindful of our food choices,
