I attended the medical last week and passed. The first test was done by a nurse who took my blood pressure and checked my eyesight, hearing, BMI, etc. If successful, then you can proceed with the physical test. Holding the shield for one minute, the grip test, the bleep test, and the agility test. Make sure you don’t drink any coffee before the exam! Your blood pressure would go so high! 😂
My fitness test is in one week. Only thing I’m worried about is the bleep test. I’ve had covid twice and the first one put me in hospital with covid pneumonia, still recovering from it as my lungs were really affected. Fingers crossed I can get it done on the day 🤞🏻

Hi. I cannot find an answer in a booklet/internet hence my question. During the bleep test, what if you reach the line well before the bleep. Is that a fail, too? I cannot find the best pace to be on time, I am always too soon during all five rounds. Being over 6ft doesn't help 🤣 any idea? Thanks
