Having a trapped warden at the right distance underground so they could have darkness would have been great.But not too close so they don't get blasted.
I think you should've made false tnt traps, traps that didn't have tnt/weren't traps, that would fool them into being weary around the false traps, and make them waste time by trying to go around
scince there are multiple tnt minecarts, there will be multiple explosions therefore multiple extremely high damaging hits and that can kill a player in 2-4 hits if they have 1 or 2 totems in hand, but it happens fast and it knocks you into a wall so that every explosion is almost gaurenteed to hit and you just almost instantly die
