Mindfulness at work
Hi everyone! Thanks for watching! In safety, we know that our mental state has a huge impact on our actions. The Safe Start method has four mental states that are known to lead to accidents and injuries - rushing, complacency, fatigue, and frustration. We can help to prevent all those states by being more mindful. I hope you find this video helpful!

I typically mediate in the mornings when I wake up to have a clear head starting my day.
I try to but I always struggle to get up early enough to make it happen!
I'm sure you will find time to mediate whenever you find time.
