Thank you for doing this review, I am looking to purchase it at some point this year and wow it is very big. So I am super excited about taking it to work as well. I have always purchased grained leather but wow, after watching this i will just stick to the grained leather. thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the review! I got the mini in black grained leather, although I wanted it in the smooth. I don’t think they make the smooth one anymore, at least I couldn’t find it in stores. I’m 5’2 and find the mini size perfect. Maybe it was the right choice after all. :)

Thanks for the review! I always knew I wanted grain leather but I was concerned about the weight. I carry only a few things but I imagine structured bags in general tend to be heavy. I'm a little surprised you had no problem with the lock so yay for the bag.

Just wanna say that the strap on that bag is removable. You just need to unclasp the button on the strap.
I have the mini top handle in grained black leather 😊 but I love this white colour as well. When I get tired of the strap, I just put it inside the bag 😄

@Nadia BENHMIDA Hey, you can buy it online or in store. I love the mini ❤ if you only carry the essentials, the size is fine. The look is timeless and I haven't seen anyone walking around with one yet. I do think you should go for grained leather since its scratch proof.
I wish I could take off the strap, but it doesn't bother me that much. Most of the time I carry it on my shoulder or crossbody
Nikkie J Im looking at getting the mini too, and I read that if you undo the strap like you are going to adjust it, you can just pull it through the loops on the side and take it off. A bit fiddly and time consuming, but that would work right?

Can you compare the ysl Cassandra vs bvlgari top handle? The Cassandra croc seems stiff when you try to open it.

@xsakisaki I know Miu Miu isn't your fave, but I want an opinion from someone with similar taste: I kind of love their "madras love wallet". I know I'll get it (in orchid pink) but..i also really want their "love trick" lipstick case keychain, and it only comes in regular pink. I don't mind the regular pink, but I like orchid more. Should I just get the wallet alone in orchid or cave on the color to match with the lipstick case? What would you do?
If it were me personally I don’t think I would be happy with the color i just kinda like, even if I could get a matching set 🙈 I would be more happy if I got one item in the color I love ! 💗 I hope that helps! PS I’ve been eyeing that wallet forever because i love envelope shaped things but I haven’t taken the plunge! 😭💕

I didn't edit the colors in this video at all so the color is very accurate! In real life it looks almost identical to this video. You can also see another ysl bag in my background on the right side in the same color! Hope that helps!

Awe cute cat. The bag is cute, but I don't like the fact that the strap cant be removed. I am way to rough to have a smooth leather bag. I think its great that you are doing a review. Its great for those that are researching and thinking about purchasing the bag. I know you are getting rid of it, but how did it compare to the Vicky in style. I agree the bag is big on you. The bag also looks really heavy. The dangling strap would drive me crazy. It does look like the LV granelle(sp?)....

The strap can't be removed at all? I just ordered this and haven't attempted to get it off but Neiman Marcus said it did come off. They show it online with the strap off. Maybe they just tucked it in and I was duped.
@@chelseamaldonado6426 it can !!! There’s little metal circles on the end of the strap and if you pull those, you can make the strap longer or completely take off. It took me a few months to figure it out for my croc Cassandra bag lol 😂 but since it’s my first designer, I was trynna be careful but you do gotta pull a lil hard but IT CAN be removed! A
