So beyond proud to have gotten to know this band the last year and a half! I once saw them do Since I’ve Been Loving You and when Randy played his solo Felix stood there with his jaw on the floor! When he finished, Felix shook his head and said, What can I say after that except, Randy Jackson on the f**king Guitar!
Who doesn’t like Stairway to Heaven? Especially when Led Zeppelin is playing it. But, no question, it was enjoyable hearing Zebra playing this timeless rock classic. I loved it being respectfully played with its’ own unique tempo.
@@davesrockclips I hate it when that happens. I film often at a place that serves food and during the most popular songs the waitress will come to pick up the check from people in front of me. Or even start talking to me as I'm filming. But you did good working around that issue by zooming in and also navigating to Felix and Guy.
I hear you; regardless if someone is recording or not, you would think that it would be a common courtesy to avoid taking your seat during a song and only do so between songs (eg. hockey games the usher will hold you back until there's a faceoff).
You should hear them do it in person! At Family Gras earlier this year the promoter asked them to do Stairway as the finale. Randy said he needed a second to tune his 12 string for the song and when they started playing jaws hit the ground!
Underrated because they only released 3 albums in the early to mid 80s. A member of the band had a, lets just say a personal problem, that they fortunately overcame.
If I remember correctly on the back of the Zebra album there is a Reference of this band Something Like (an Up and Coming Led Zeppelin group) but I could be wrong on this. I would have to break out this album and check to see what is on the back of this band. I probably Played the One side of that album that has Who’s Behind The Door on it. Those were the good ole days from my partying years back in the early eighties
Break it out because I would love to hear it. I was a fan of theirs from day one, living in Louisiana, and I never heard that. What I do find interesting is, if you look up "Zebra Led Zeppelin cover songs"...Tell Me What You Want is listed. WTF?
Playing Zep while wearing the Beatles! Randy is the King of Rock!

He's Plant and Page combined! Been a fan since their 1st album.... Nice job guys!
Wow. The only thing limiting the greatness is the sound system and the sound quality of the video. F-ing awesome.
Yes, and that darn head that kept popping up.

My girlfriend and I were there, not too far behind the videographer. The boys did not disappoint! Great show!
Never been a fan of this song being covered, BUT Zebra always give the covers extreme justice. So well done.
Saw them Nov 8 in Charlotte. Excellent as usual
amazing!
Great cover and great BC Rich double neck!
Criminally underrated, zebra and Jackson were sickness level infinity.
Totally

To sing and play that song at the same time is NOT easy. RJ has always had it going on...
was just about to comment the same exact thing!!!!
And his pitch don't back down 😊
Bravo!
NICE JOB LOVE IT AND THE BAND 2
Great! Guys head in the way at the beginning of solo though
It was a seated venue with waitstaff. I did the best I could.
You are perfect❤❤❤
Jimmy Page would be proud as shit of that!, and Robert Plant would be his normal curmudgeon. It doesn't matter, you're amazing.

@@bigelile07 there is at least one Led Zeppelin song that they cover on a UA-cam video. Maybe more if you actually look it up on UA-cam
my honest opinion.............btter than when Heart did the tribute, better than Page & Plant in 1985 at live aid. prettydang impressive
Cool cover. Kind of interesting that he played the whole intro on the 12 string instead of the normal 6.
If you watch The Song Remains The Same, Page plays it on a 12 string.
Everyone loses the voice and randy is no exception but the guy can def still play
THE DRONES ARE EATING THE DOGS! THEY'RE EATING THE CATS!!
funny thumbnail
Why is there always one selfish idiot totally unaware or uncaring that there are people behind him?
I thought Zebra was a N.O. band
I’m not sure if they got their start there or on Long Island.
They are. They are from New Orleans and got their start here doing cover shows of Zeppelin, Rush and Moody Blues.
didn't they watch wayne's world! no stairway to heaven!
lol!
No Stairway!
Denied!
Overdriven audio
Doesn't even play it correctly; maybe if you watched them live, you would. And that lady/dude blocked everything. Ok.
Oh the Hell he doesn’t!
Neither do Rodrigo y Gabriela. That doesn’t take anything away from the performance.
What?! I actually mean What because i have no Idea What you are talking about.
