Regarding the "time capsule": it says "placed 6 feet below this spot". It is not clear "what spot". Below the stone in the ground? Below the monument itself? Just somewhere generally on the piece of ground known as the Georgia Guidestones, since it is a surveyed plot of land with defined borders? Not to mention there are no dates for "placed" or "to be opened". I revisit the topic of the GG every few years to see if any new information has been uncovered. At this point, my opinion is the GG are a poorly thought out post-apocalyptic guide for what some group of individuals feel are rules to live by. In a post-apocalyptic world, good luck with getting survivors scattered the world over on the same page.

However, close analysis is a moot point now as the thing has been blown up and the relative position of errors to each other may have been crucial for deciphering the encrypted data.
