IVE LOVED THIS ALBUM SINCE I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL I HAVE THE WHOLE THING ON MY PHONE. I'M CRYING SOMEONE REMEMBERS IT. Takeo wasnt in it, they had another voice actor for him. It is my favourite thing. Thank you.

It's because they're using treyarch characters which they have legal right over. They can tell them not to do this.

Anybody saying that these are just voices and that they are not the actual characters you're wrong. Go listen to the album it is referenced several times and multiple songs probably every song that these are the actual characters from call of duty so that argument of them just being voices that sound like them doesn't really apply. So yes treyarch does have legal right to do whatever they fucking want with it and guess what day did. Nothing all they did is that they made sure it couldn't be sold. Hell the recording of this album has been on the internet for over a decade you've been able to find it for over 10 years and they have not stopped its distribution at all. They have never taken down any video with these songs in it. All they have said is that you guys who made the album cannot make money off it. So yeah. I hope you all have a great day. And I hope this cleared up any confusion. And if anybody else has any more arguments towards me I will not be answering them I am not a lawyer for treyarch or an employee. If you want to go argue with somebody argue with a copyright lawyer. They will give you the answers. I always play this album at least once around Christmas. I think Tom Kane, Takeo’s voice actor, wasn’t able to record his lines and they used somebody else for Takeo, he did a pretty good job though
Leave it to greedy corporations to ruin the fun they “want to create.” Man gaming is going downhill since developers don’t have the passion they used to like these guys, and they were punished for it.

You know I actually remember this because all these songs used to be on a custom zombie map for christmas. I actually found the album and played it a lot. I actually still enjoy it I play it almost every christmas.

Fun fact: Edward Richtofen is voiced by Nolan North. The same guy who voices Nathan Drake from “Uncharted” and Penguin from “Batman: Arkham Asylum”.
This is what passion looks like. No one asked them to do it. Only like 10% of the zombies fan base knows about the album. But they loved the characters so much that they just went for it
