- Hi everyone, in this clip I show you a great new camper from adventure man teardrop campers. This is a prototype camper. It is not for sale yet it is still in development stage with rigourous testing. Still being carried out. But thanks to Mark from adventure man campers he has shown us around so that you can have a look and tell us what you think. If you have any comments or questions please leave them down below. Mark absolutely love your new prototype teardrop. Would suit the wife and I to a tee. I think the idea of putting in a porta potty compartment would be a good idea. Old blokes like me need that a lot during the night. Great idea being able to stay in there for when the rain comes. My wife is only short so she could stand up in there. Can't wait to see the final build.
Very good looking unit.
Couple of suggestions
Make the bed higher off the floor for more storage.
Where the kitchen is at the rear would it be possible to have drawers and or drawer frige come out from under the bed area, Could have stove or sink or bench area.
All in all a sensible unit.

Good to see a camper with easier access for those with hip and knee problems. Perhaps consider option for narrower bed for solo travellers who need side access to bed
I can't believe that you got Mr. Terry G on your UA-cam channel what a special guest. I do you love a teardrop camper don't tell anybody but I might of bought one. Well actually, it's a bit of a hybrid keep up the good work Steve
I know right, he actually sent me a bill for getting him on the channel now that he’s a famous UA-cam star. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to afford to have him as a guest again 🤣🇦🇺👍

Absolutely Love this little camper, it would be great Steve if you could do another video walk around when Mark releases the final product for sale to see what improvements he makes. A definite winner, thanks for another great video.

Really like the prototype fellas. Have been looking for ages for a teardrop with just that little bit of extra space at the end of the bed. Awesome work. Will be in touch with Mark about this one! Cheers 🍻🍻

@@Sawadventures67 and just noticed an FJ on your channel... great stuff. I'm looking for a full solid teardrop after having the Tvan (great camper but can't sit up in bed and too much canvas for me)... to tow behind the FJ. Probably my biggest concern is leaf springs as opposed to independent coil spring/shocks. Not sure how leaf springs will hold up on long corrugated trips? Maybe there's no need for concern? Cheers 🍻
I have towed one of his teardrops since 2014 did 11,000 km mostly dirt roads through to Cameron’s corner on life Springs no trouble at all they’re so light you don’t have to worry about it

Just a thought to put the Bed base on gas struts so you can lift for easy access to the underbed storage. Cheers

I think this is an awesome camper. It would be something I would like being claustrophobic. Would it be possible to put a window in the front to allow more light and air in? And a set of cupboards under that front bench would be great.

looks good. Is a bigger boot lid for weather protection during short stops possible rather than relying on batwings?
