In MK4 he was actually Shao Kahn's reincarnation and he was with Brotherhood of Shadows(his face tattoo is their symbol), but after John Tobias left all that got retconned and he became a seperate character all together, Shao Kahn's general.

Bi Han does say HELP lead, so I think he wants to be on equal footing with Liu Kang. I think he has issues with protecting it, instead of carving out the future. He definitely has daddy issues lol I imagine their dad was harsher on Bi Han since he's the successor of the Lin Kuei
I am loving how Mortal Kombat is turning into Game of Thrones! The story is looking far more interesting without Earthrelm being directly in it! I cannot wait to see what role Havik has in it!

I always liked him too. The stars he throws are one of my favorite special moves ever. I’m really excited to see Reiko again because I’ve become so sick to death of seeing Shao Kahn. I feel he really could have sat out of this game.

This is huge indeed, although we still need to see if they are story-only characters (as NRS/WB did before) or they are in the actual roster (most likely Reiko being on the main roster and Motaro being a Kameo).
Can’t wait to see General Shao, hopefully in a trailer. Still think either Onaga or Havik is the main villain, Shangs prob a secondary villain, but has a role, or the mentioning of Shang meeting Shao could of been a past event, and Shang is dead.
And I feel like that scene with smoke sub and scorpion when they look up could be Nitari flying in on them cuz it would have to be somebody who could come from above.Not the biggest Nitari fan but I’m all for the old school characters coming back
Absolutely love the story getting this much attention by the developers!! I’ve been playing MK since it first hit arcades, way before it ever dropped on SNES/Genesis on “Mortal Monday” and I think this is already looking like the best MK yet!!

Not gonna lie wherever they were attempting to trespass probably sent a trap towards *Smoke* due to his practical magic being detected but I could also see *Nitara* being teased in said way despite evidence of her being seen
Now I can see why it cut off half of the story of Mortal Kombat 1 even though I enjoyed watching the scenes of Smoke, Scorpion and Sub-Zero 👍🏿. More surprisingly seeing Reiko and Motaro onto the story chapter 😯😲🔥🔥👌🏿

REIKO AND MOTARO!!! This is so awesome, I always thought Reiko was so cool and I loved his MK4 ending. I'm happy to see him return.
