They are image bearers of God, worthy of every dignity, value, and respect, specifically of care as well being the weaker vessel (1 Peter 3:7). I would defer you back to the unanswered question above. Does a female with the gift of preaching allow for her to disregard God's command in 1 Timothy 2:12 and qualifications for Pastors in 1 Timothy 3:1-7?
