Since 2018, the AEOI (automatic exchange of information) have been implemented under the CRS (Common Reporting Standard) from OECD which oblige the banks to know their customer and report them to their country of residence. You can't hide behind Nominees as you have to disclose the name of your ultimate beneficiary to the bank. I'm not even discussing the AML- CFT rules that put even more pressure on the banks and make your life hell if you try to open a bank account in one of those offshore jurisdictions. Malta and Panama are 2 interesting jurisdictions but they both signed the CRS so you have zero anonymity. What you are saying was one day possible but nowadays you have to be MUCH more creative to evade money. As non american though, Delaware is interesting because we can do exactly what you described without being reported as US didn't sign the CRS.

Plus if you want to talk morality. In England, income tax was supposed to be a temporary measure to fund the Napoleonic wars. In America, income tax was introduced during the civil war but was scrapped and only reintroduced in 1913 . This was only a 1% tax rate and applied to only 3% of the population.
I would argue it's immoral to have taxes in the first place, but if they exist anything more than 1% is immoral. If you think that's ridiculous, I lived in Dubai for a few years. They have zero income tax and zero capital gains and they have a functioning country with welfare for it's citizens.
