I would say it’s deserved for all great content some of these creators make for the Pokémon enthusiasts, but you have to admit Niantic rewards them with tons of ✨’s and 💯’s. While the rest of us have to do the pre-requisite of 30+ Dialga or Palkia raids before we can get a crappy 1 star shiny. Now I have to wait to be lucky friends to improve the IV’s.

Palkia for both; Spacial Rend is slightly better than dialga's move for raids, and much nicer in PVP especially with aqua tail

It's called a "quick catch." There are videos online showing how to do it.
Quick catch. Pull the berry to the right with one finger, hold it while spinning your pokeball. Toss and back out.
