I think your vlog videos really separates from other Filipino vlogger that only features fancy beaches & mundane tourist spots. What separates you from them is, you like to document the nitty-gritty grimey parts of an average Filipino daily life which is very informative not only to foreigners but for us Filipino as well. DAOT GANI!

Buying a truck is the vlog title. Hesitated to click. Wasn't interested. But click anyway because it's KD. Keep watching after. How they unload those heavy dismantled truck, was interesting, manually done, with the aid of a fork lift. Salute to the workers, hope they are paid fairly for a difficult job.

On a project in Batangas we imported a concrete batch plant from South Korea as scrap. So difficult with customs and taxes to import as an actual ready to construct plant. Have you noticed around Davao the large number of multicabs (they call them Transformers in Davao) that are on the roads. It's the same, imported from Japan and rebuilt here in Davao. We just bought one P170,000 comes with A/C, power windows, great paint job, recon engine, new upholstery. Anyone need a cheap runaround then get one of these.

Disassembled to consider as parts, and assemble later on. It is the same concept with a bicycle, removing one tire to consider it as bike parts... no extra charge when riding a boat ;) with your "bike parts" cargo.

Nice to see your vlogs man. It's good to see how you treat the locals with a lot of respect and joking around. I'm being Dutch and living here for over 20 years now, and are trying to do the same. They respect me and I respect them even more. Wondering how much these trucks are? Can you get me a figure on that. Wish to meet up with one day, although this will not be easy since you are in Davao and me in Marikina . Good to see as well that you are back to your old being mate, good luck and who knows. 👍👏👏👏👏😊

Hi KD! Just found your channel. I love the passion you have for my hometown. I'm reluctant to admit that you seem to know more about it than me, a local! It's great to see your perspective on the things I grew up around.
You probably aren't religious, but, as you already know, the end of the Catholic Season of Lent is coming up and so is the beginning of the Easter Season. You should check those events out to see them for yourself! It's not for everyone (the easter vigil itself is almost 2.5 hours long) but it's definitely a traditionally filipino experience. I'm sure many churches around Davao will hold these, even the chapel at the Ateneo which I saw you walk around in one of your older vlogs (and of which I'm the choir director!).
Bless you and more power KD! Padayon ra ug unta mulambo pa ang imong channel. Amping pirme!

Your serious side looks more good on the video, sometimes you can laugh and be vulnerable but don't do it around the wrong people who try to belittle you, I'm sure you know whom I am talking about, there are few of them who act different around you, so choose the right people to be vulnerable with, those who won't take advantage or look down on you. Cheers boss Kamander, explore new places more, try going to other countries as well

Having a second hand truck should be based on your requirements, consider its fuel efficiency, then its availabilty of parts and your average weight movement.common ones are the isuzus, downtime shorter compared to fuso canter or hino, cheaper compared.on exper i prefer less downtime,i came to fuso, takes years for wear a n tear, though its parts are more expensive in comparison, you ought to have an elite mechanic of fuso because there are parts being replaced of isuzu to fit in fuso,it works, but not a nice ending though.get a high dropside boom truck with tailgate, you can do the loading and unloading yourself,6wheeler will do,with reserve air depository tank.

You can drive with them as long as you want in Japan but you got yearly checks that are a pain in the ass. Also the expected level when being checked is very high. So the older these trucks get the more expensive to keep in running order. In contrary to the PH where nobody cares as long as the lights and the breaks work.
