They have all had immunity because, until Trump and the Dem's hatred for him, no other President would have been charged. We as humans have made the mistake of giving our leaders absolute immunity before, believing that they would always do the right thing for us. Countless millions have been locked up, tortured and killed by leaders who turned against their own people, so we decided not to make that mistake again. This is why teaching history is so important.

Nonsense. The most that was given was the OLC opinion that you could not try the current sitting President. That is not immunity after the fact. What the Supreme Court did say was the raw exercise of the powers listed in the Constitution is immune regardless the reason. When one of those powers is the command of the military, the reason matters, and it matters for all the same reasons that military conduct is not necessarily immune either.

Why would Congress put in an oath of office, if the oath of office is unenforceable by law? Impeachment wouldn't matter. We added more oaths of office after the Civil War in order to protect the country as it means disqualification and more enforcement. These are all hints that that opinion is nonsense.
