I wish I found you a year ago. This was so very helpful. I haven't been able to access my voicemail in 2 years because they wouldn't accept my pin even though that was 100% my pin.
It even worked briefly a couple months back, but since the merger it stopped working again.

Thank you, great video and I was able to re-set my phone's VM password.
The problems that I am having with Metro PCS is that as of September 2022, the service connectivity at my house is horrible. As of last fall, I have to call my VM sometimes 5x, to get through to hear a VM. And talking to someone doesn't work these days either. When I am on the phone, the other voice cuts out after 10 seconds, and won't come back for about 30 seconds.
Getting my phone re-set did not help at all. Looking at my phone, I am getting "one bar", and sometimes it is "no bars".
The phone service with Metro PCS is horrible and has no improved and it is now May 2023.

@@KclaudioLeadership Hi, me again. As of this month, November 2023, my service has not improved within my home, however if I am at my office which is in Warren, Michigan, my service is great. Last week I flew to Phoenix, Arizona to see family for the Thanksgiving week and my phone connection was again great. I did not one single issue with texting, calling, or sending friends pictures back to Michigan, and Phoenix does not have Metro PCS as a provider. But now that i am back home in Metro Detroit, my Metro PCS service has again tanked. I think a good start is to switch providers first, before buying a new phone. I may do this by 31 December. Thanks for replying.
