- I also show the method I use to find the center of a steak (or anything) with a temperature probe... it's a pretty good idea and it works pretty good if I don't say so myself...lol

Miss seeing your new videos 😢
Because of you, I bought a ninja speedi I’ve never owned a ninja product before. So now you’re going to have to teach me how to use it. Keep up the great work. Thanks, John .
Hello my friend I been waiting for you to show me how to do this so happy to see you back 😃🤗 stay safe and keep cooking 😊
Hey John... hope all is well with you and your family. Hope to see more from you in the future but you have to do what works best for you. Take care!
Thank you, John! This is very useful info.
Your welcome... Thank you for watching
I bought my first Ninja product from watching you. Now, a lot of Ninja products later......I absolutely LOVE Ninja products!
I'm pretty much feel the same way
Hope you are well! Haven't seen you i awhile
I do both and like the flexibility of a sous vide. Sous vide seems to hold more moisture in my opinion.
Nice video. I agree.
Thanks
Great info thanks!
Thanks and thank you for watching!!
Best video I’ve seen in awhile. Great comparison. BTW will that CI pizza pan fit in the Woodfire Grill?
I haven't tried it
miss watching him!
Great cooking tips as usual. What is that Nuwave appliance on your counter?
It is a induction cooktop, I have a couple different kinds such as one that monitors the pans you put on it made by Hestan Cue that I love, but for a normal induction cooktop this one is a lot cheaper and works really well... Ice had some that didn't...lol
Will you be doing a video on the ninja combi?
jelly007 What are your thoughts on the Ninja Sizzle Smokeless Indoor Grill & Griddle?
Can you sous vide in the Instant Pot 6qt vortex air fryer?
First you should sear straight on fire or with the fire and not on the skillet. You need high temp for sear. Thats why your stake dont look seared...😢
It’s been two months since you’ve posted! Have you quit UA-cam? Sure hope not!
No...I just decided to slow down... Considerably untill I have something not already over done... It's hard to just come up with valuable videos on things like air frying when so many are doing a great job at it and there is only so much you can do...I have a video on the works... But no hurry to publish until I know it's a good one and actually offers some use to others but thank you very much for asking... Love jelly
@@JohnSanders Thank you for responding! I don’t think it matters to us viewers what you make or what you make it with. We just like watching your work 🙂
Thank you
@@JohnSandersI agree. We like anything you post
its all about crast
You are missing the important part of Sous Vide, Sous Vide is not just about getting meat to a specific temp and keeping it there, but, about keeping the meats juices, adding herbs, spices, marinade, whatever you like to a sealed environment. All you did was compare two steaks at the same temp and that will always come out the same. If you want to compare, actually use Sous Vide how it is supposed to be used. If you leave a steak in a Sous Vide with spices, herbs, marinade, whatever you want, it will add a lot more flavour and change the entire steak compared to just heating it, searing it, pinch of salt, eat it.
I agree... It will change the flavor but you could do similar things in reverse sear...i love sous Vide and use it a lot but I never add those things to the vacuum sealed bag...i realize a lot of people do but I like nothing but salt and pepper on a steak and it can be added at the table which is how I always do it
Where's John? Anybody know???
Where is he????
Where’s the new videos
You ever coming back to UA-cam?
Breaks over! 😂
