  • Not being able to travel is a bit of a pain, but it can sometimes be fun to explore and be a tourist in one's own city. After watching a video from ‪@DavidSriracha‬ about Wagyu Beef, I was inspired to seek out some of the tasty meat for myself. I'm curious as to whether it lives up to the hype, and on my search, I lucked out...finding an all you can eat, unlimited Wagyu Beef Hot Pot restaurant right here in the city of Vancouver. I can wait to see how it tastes.
But before heading out, I was tasting some gourmet and exotic chips that were kindly gifted by the two local chefs in Vancouver, Chef Grace and Chef NPH. They produce Rootables Chips which had a deeply satisfying crunch with flavors from Truffles and Cricket, to the classic plain salted.
It was great day to play tourist in my city and as always, a big thank you for joining.

I so wanted to find the Wagyu at Costco but a few people mentioned that they may have them now (but I suspect it's not the A5 items). Both of the plum wines they presented you are excellent, especially the brown sugar one. But it bothers me when restaurants claim that certain liquors are “exclusive” to their establishment to make it seem fancier or to mark it up... both of those plum wines are available at Lulu Island liquor store in Richmond. =\ Otherwise the food looks great and it looks like you really enjoyed your meal. Good to see you’re still eating and filming!

Dear Tim, as far as I understand, You are very much aware of the traditional historical culinary dietary patterns in China. ...At the moment at the Kolel of the Beit Habbad synagogue in Tula we study the Gemmarah discussions of Rabbi Yehuda and Rabbi Hunna with the Sages of Jewish tradition on rules and regulations of the fair competition in commerce. One of the examples showcases the construction of the second mill in the close knit milieu. Should it be allowed?
Tim, my question is: do You have any idea, whether the first Jews of Kaifeng, and the Jewish congregations in China in the eleventh, twelfth century AD consumed bread products at all, or only rice, also as the dietary condiment for other dishes?
As if they, for instance, the Jews of Kaifeng did eat bread products, then the owner of the first mill can claim the copyright over developing the bread diet within the community and, thus, the owner of the consequently built mill would be supposed to revere this copyright. Also in the pecuniary terms...
Did the Kaifeng Jewish residents consume bread at all? This is the question...
Thank You very much for Your
    understanding, Tim.
