In my journal today I wrote that it felt like my etheric, spirit & emotional bodies were super busy right now and it was as if they had plopped my physical body and cerebral conscience mind “like a 5 year old in front of Sesame Street just hoping I stay quiet and out of the way”. The work you did with the clearing opening and particularly pulling the energy down was essential for me. Even when we have the tools, we sometimes really *can’t* do this stuff by ourselves!! I cried, I nodded off, and with your videos I can never tell if the tingles are ASMR or reiki 😅 but it was powerful and necessary. Again, thank you 🙏

I "am learning" energy used properly is seen and used as very very delicate. The more delicate we see it the more this creates more - and more - understanding, peace, insight, innersecurity, and even more slow-but perhaps more correct movement of growth to where we need to be mentally, emotionally, and physically. I see the world and its pursuits as more sadly filled with more anger, fear, anxiety, force, and power, which I feel any amount of, only dims our insight and growth. I feel I have an advantage in I have a wonderful hope in a powerful God and a new system. All you others in same area wonderful. Just keep enjoying learning more and keep being so honest and good.

This video couldn't have come at a better time! I've had two instances where I have very extreme migraine-like headaches where the pain is radiating either from my eyes or my temples despite staying hydrated, eating properly, and getting enough sleep. I would try to ease the pain with my normal migraine techniques but even once the pain went away there was a very static-y, woozy felling left behind. Until I watched your video I'd felt very unbalanced all day and I was trying to figure out what the cause of these headaches were but what you said about taking on and even resisting energy and information was spot on. There's so much of it going around right now that us empaths are sucking it up like a sponge and trapping it with nowhere to go. So thank you very much for this video. I hope in the next couple of days I can get back to feeling grounded again.
