Great video Mark. This record was released in 2 versions: a German pressing 2LP from RCA Camden that was released all over Europe. Over here this 2LP set was sold each Christmas season from 1984-1987. There also is a Dutch version 1LP which was released by RCA Special Products in 1985 and distributed under employees and relations of the Dutch AKZO NOBEL multinational corporation.
@markselvisforeveryonechann1153 I was surprised it was the black label 🏷......but made sense when you said it was a German pressing! Will sound fantastic I'm guessing 😁 🎙🎶🥂
Beautiful poster....Beautiful covers inside/out....Do you play ELVIS Christmas songs during the holiday season,..while decorating your Christmas tree ?????.. Did you read or will Thankyyou read, the new Lisa Marie s book?????...Thank you Mark for this video, it s always a pleasure to listen to you....
Thanks Annie-I always appreciate you watching and commenting 😀👍🏻 I have not bought the book yet, but I heard it was very sad as far as what she had to live through and experience. 😞
Hey Mark , I have that album too ,without the poster though ,in Belgium we got the album as a bonus for free if you bought the definitve album series , I' ve showed the ad and the albums on one of my video's called "the volumes", take care👍
I've had that release on cd for awhile. Seems they may have laid the track sequence out for a stacker. I have something else to search for now. Thanks 👍
So, that might be a release known as a top loader? Those are the ones where you'd put a two record LP on a tall spindle that would drop the LP onto the turntable and when it was done, it would drop the next LP and play it. That would mean one christmas album on Record 1/Side One and Record 2/Side One. Then, you'd get up, flip both the LPs over and do it again. That's why, in the old days, the albums would have side one and side four on one LP and sides two and three on another. Maybe old versions of Aloha.... might have been that way? Maybe take a look at the vinyl in your collection and see (I only have CDs these days). Did any of that make sense?

I've got both the single pocket and that 2 LP set of that LP in stock along with MANY import pressings for sale. :)
Robert, do have a separate site besides Ebay? I only see CDs in your ebay store.

Nice! 👍🏻
Nice addition. I have the cd version of that, but not the vinyl.⚡️
Nice find Mark, wouldn't be a Camden if they didn't do something weird with the running order, would it? 😂
Right? It’s one of the reasons I love Camden!! 👍🏻
