I’m well aware of the dash back method for getting the opponent to block specials. This is just something I personally discovered and wanted to share 🙂
Nice tip - I actually use both of these methods when I use Valkyrie. A "third" way is to do a full 5-hit combo and then pausing a half second before throwing your special - that also gives the AI time to recover & block.
The ai has been very defensive or rather they dash way too fast which is difficult to Dex , it takes 30 sec to get poise charges. Any tips msd or anybody here ?
Dash back and tap block faster(play along with let go and block dash back), most of the time they will blocked. I did this all the time for let them use SP or wanted them to block attk.
Valkyrie deals more damage in the opponents block because of her pierce buffs and when you have I think 3 pierce buffs you inflict instant bleed damage when you hit the opponents block.

We can also use inverted combo by doing a full combo attack on opponents block and use sp2

My enemy always block my sp2 after pause in btw combos 🙂 (no wasp synergy)

Perfect timing i just pullled a 6* Valkyrie
By the way, this trick does work 100% of the time. Even if they have 1/2/3 bars of power. Just takes practice
