I'm a gearhead/nuts and bolts guy. I loved seeing the factory. I have dealt with the factory support and can say they are top notch. I wish all companies cared this much about their customers and products.
I love that the (Handi Quilter) has classes to teach someone how to use their machines. I have never bought a machine like this for that reason. Hands on teaching is way better! Great job on this video.

Do they test drive the HQ stitch 510 there too, since it's a sit -down machine? Or do they out source that model?( Is it a good quality reliable machine?)
