Well, PT mentioned there was a bug in Easy Rivers and you can’t get the last character (you get him elsewhere, so they need to update the stage), and I wonder if this is also a bug? I have searched this level high and low for that last blueprint, especially with the copter. I don’t think it exists?

How do I unlock the gadget refills??? I have build level 262 and overall level 75 and still haven’t unlocked these gadget refills…
