Or another easier way is to use the lasso polygon tool and line around the lips then fill it in with the paint brush then click off the lasso tool and choose the blurring tool and don’t put too much or too little intensity on your blur and then blur around the edges of the lips then go on your layer and choose soft light and then erase around the teeth area

You can do this on ibis paint too!! First, you put the picture you want to color, then make a second layer and just color whatever part you wanted with the color you wanted, then if you click to pull up the menu (it should be a square on the bottom of your screen that says how many layers you have) there should be a rectangle that says “normal” click that and pick which one looks best!!! Happy editing!

I have quite a high tolerance for graphic photos, I searched this and immediately felt even worse for the boy, seeing how bad it was. I usually use procreate so I'm not sure about photoshop but I think you can use a color/hue layer? Sometimes multiply layers make the color too dark.
