    What should be the ideal conclusion of this case : No, same-sex marriages cannot be included in the Special Marriage Act, as it has provisions where the terms 'wife' and 'husband' have a lot of significance. However, a new law can be enacted which provides same-sex couples the rights they need and deserve, like rights relating to property, insurance, adoption, etc.

      India's fertility rate dropped a lot. So ; shrink of population can be predicated in future time !! And it's not easy how you just wrote it in your comment !! You can't just say there won't be any impact on society if government legalises the marriage right of LGBQ. The promotion of this kind of events must also be limited as a surge in the number of LGBQ population has been found out among the new generation !! Abnormality should always consider as abnormality !! Freedom and liberty is fine to some extent but it shouldn't exceed after a limit or there won't be any distinct between wild animal and humans !!

So, according to Hindu texts the concept of Trans Gender has been always there like Shiva and Sharing (Ardh Nareshwar), other than that Trans gender people were an important part of Ramayana as well where shri Ram gave them aashirvaad. So what I am saying is the concept of trans people existing is perfectly alright but these western influenced waves of marriage and all is never going to be accepted and acc to me it should not be done too. It seems many Indian still are deeply influenced by the invaders n colonizer forgetting Santana dharma has always been way ahead of its time n many so call western countries r actually teying to become what sanatana Dharma teaches! It was mentioned in vedas that "whatever seems unnatural is also natural" and Shikhandi from Mahabharat is also a transgender plus Varun and Mitra and Bhagirath born from two mothers etc. are many stories about queer people in past. If Mahabharat and Ramayan were true then the incident in which lord Hanuman saw two women hugging each other and making love in Lanka would also be true. Even in the ancient temples it was depicted about same sex relationship especially in Khajuraho temple but people nowadays don't understand that it was Britishers who banned gay relationships in India and before that they were also part of our society.

    People saying their religion doesn't allow it. i think they are forgetting that India is a secular country and it's political rights are not and should not be affected by any type of religion. Being homosexual is completely natural because it's not something that you can control, and you don't become gay. You are born gay. And people worried about their next generation are forgetting that not everyone is going to be gay as not everyone is straight and people who are gay families can adopt or have a surrogacy pregnancy because it's not something that is weird since it's completely normal for straight couples. And at last but not least, it's not something that is being copied by western countries since it's a country's duty to protect their citizens and give them basic rights and if there are gay people in the country why would they not have rights? I also read people saying "next what?Are they going to legalize theif just because they want to?" Obviously, here they are forgetting a crucial point, which is that by legalising queer marriages, they are not harming anybody, so I don't see any problem. It's not that it's going to affect their daily lives.

    While I understand the concerns expressed by these individuals against same sex marriage, I believe it surpasses our own personal opinions. Being a conservative Christian myself, as is my entire family, we hold the belief that homosexuality is a sin. However, it is important to recognise that this issue extends beyond our personal beliefs. In a democratic society, everyone is entitled to their fundamental rights, regardless of whether or not we agree with their sexual orientation. They too are human beings, and it is not necessary for them to adhere to 'God's rules' or natural laws as we perceive them.
    Moreover, it is crucial to understand that their plea is simply for equal rights. They are not seeking special treatment or advantages. As a proponent of the No Harm Principle by JS Mill, I firmly assert that as long as their demands do not directly harm or infringe upon the rights of others, they should be granted equal rights. I wholeheartedly support same-sex marriage and advocate for love and kindness towards all individuals. Thank you.

      The argument about equal right is completely false. Rights are always defined for an individual. It's not some food or job opportunity that it's same for every individual. Heterosexual marriage and related family dynamics is completely different from Homosexual marriage. How is this equal right if they are asking for something different?

    • @datta4062
      @datta4062 11 місяців тому +1

      @@SunilMeena-do7xn dear brother, while you are right about rights being centered around a particular individual, we must acknowledge that equal rights are founded on the principle that all individuals should be entitled to the same fundamental rights and legal protections, irrespective of their differences or characteristics. while rights are inherently individual-oriented, the core idea is that these rights should be applied universally and without bias.
      so, in relation to marriage and family dynamics, equal rights means that every individual should have the right to marry and form a family, regardless of their sexual orientation. it recognizes the importance of granting same-sex couples the same legal recognition, benefits, and protections as heterosexual couples.
      yeah, youre right about the differentiated core dynamics in contrast to a heterosexual relationship, but my guy, its about the fundamental right. i hope this clears something up brother, be well, take care!

    "There was a king named Dilip in Ramayana time, who died earlier un a battle without any son(hier of his throne) ,so after his death his two queen was crying and worried for the successor of the throne.....at that moment Lord Shiva appeared to the queens and booned them with power and proposed them to make love with each other and fulfill their desire...hearing Shivas proposal these 2 queen of king Dilip started making love with each other and thus 1 of the queen got pregnant as their coz of love-making and a baby was born ,this baby was named Bhagirath by whose name later there was a famous river Bhagirathi....."

    1) Few years down the line what if there is a moment to support incest marriage? Yes there is love and consent in an incest so we will allow that also?
    2) what if there is also a moment where i must be allowed to marry animals? I can prove my pet's love towards me so should we legalize that also?
    3) And people that are saying that by legalizing same sex marriage everyone won't be LGBTQ, yes also by legalizing drugs everyone wont become a drug addict should we legalize it?

Reason for criminalisation of politics is a complex issue and not just because people are dumb. Factually when it comes to voting, people from rural and semi urban places, see voting right as matter of duty and vote. But urban places across states have one of LOWEST voting turnouts. Their thought process is same as it is reflecting in your comment and at last don’t even bother to go and vote. Urban Intelligent apathy! Only people who have any right to support or critique govt and elected representatives are the one who enabled it.
