This video shows what a blessing it is when one finds a true Guru! Paramahamsa Prajnanandaji who did most of the speaking obviously absorbed and understood his Guru's teaching (Paramahams Hariharanandaji) under which he became realized. It is rare to become realized without a guide who is God realized. This is the problem with many Churches. I hope I am blessed enough to find a true Guru my next life.
A Guru-disciple relationship is for lifetimes. I presume you accept Guruji as your Guru in this life time. Guruji says if you practice the technique sincerely with love you can have realization in this life time. Nonetheless he will be your Guru till you get realization
@@KriyaYogaInternational - Pranams, that is awesome to hear! I was initiated by Paramahamsa Prajnanandaji in 2004 and did accept him as my Guru. I practiced sincerely for 1 year and met him a total of 5 times before I drifted away which was a bad choice. I returned to practice after my loving Mother left her body whom I helped take care of. I came back 2 years ago and practiced sincerely for those 2 years. I saw changes inwardly and hear the Om constantly. Then some health problems became too much and since March and I can only manage a couple of the techniques several days a week. I am stuggling with my health and stuggling not to lose my job. I am working to get my health back, and cannot seem to totally surrender. The only techniques I practice daily is slow deep breathing (which helps calm me down & from not breathing enough during sleep because of sleep apnea) I keep my mind often at the Fontenel and feel pulsation when I breath there. And often I observe my ego/reactions. Then a few days a week when i have enough energy I practice the first few techniques and a short meditation. I do not think I will have realization this life time as it does not seem in my possiblities or karma. Even if I do get a Spiritual boost from Guruji when my Soul leaves this body.
Om. Ask yourself ‘who is having all these experiences. Who feels they will/will not be self realised. This ‘Who Am I’ connects you back to your true self, the eternal unborn living power of God within you, the realised Self. Om. P.S. I was also initiated by Swami Prajnandaji in 2004. Om Guruji.
@@mjy1628 -Om, thank you for your insightful and loving reply! That is the root problem, isn't it? If you were initiated in Santa Barbara then we have met. As I see my health deteriorate and energy lessoning continually, it puts me in survival mode with little energy for Spiritual awareness. Most of my energy goes to keeping my job, day to day living, and seeking better health. But I think I will put your question to my awareness as a top priority! Help me to know how to do this . I am in need to practice kriya , most of the time I feel like sleeping with my eyes open . I don't want memory , I want direct experience of God myself in this body so I know. Let that be seen in my experience. I missed all initiations in my country , and sometimes it gets really hard to live without clarity in this dense gross world .

How you can say next life will you become a human. in this life we can transfer ourselves. Gradually we can perceive god.
