Man i wish you could do similar video for stabilizer system (upstream oil processing; WCH processing part for oil after flash separation processes) with the same amount of details used in this video. Again, thank you so much for this informative video :) well-delivered.
Good day sir. I really appreciate your video. I was wondering if I could contact you and ask a few questions because I’m considering doing something like this for my final year research project. I saw somewhere that nitrogen gas can be used for the stripping of almost lean glycol and I wanted to ask if other mostly inert gases like co2 or Ar could be used in the stripping column
Hi nick. Appreciate if you could do this kind of explaination on other system as well (fuel gas system, compression system, gas dehydration system, etc)
It's amazing, I appreciate it. I just have a question, the density of TEG is normally higher than other fluids, so in flash drum the outlet should be on the left side, am I right?
I think you mean in the reflux condenser? The rich glycol is heated there to capture heat that would otherwise go to waste. This improves efficiency which reduces fuel gas usage.
You meant reflux condenser... As i already mentioned, rich TEG is used as cooling medium in reflux(shell and tube type HEX). If you meant the exact temperature why it would be from 30 to 40C, it depends on your required reflux ratio as per project spec. Normally, it is 15~25% enough. In order for reflux to have this value of ex, 25%, you need to heat the rich TEG up to 40C which is correspond to 25%.
Sir, where will be pressure drop take place. Kindly explain that. Because from dehydration column rich TEG 30°C 30 bar, after the control valve suddenly the pressure drop to 5bar how, from where it drop. Kindly please explain.
Hello sir, it was a great explanation and thanks for the effort. I want you if you can help me on some points because I am designing this unit Thank you
this is amazing, you are such an inspiration
I love the way you explained the whole process and broke it down to a layman's understanding. Wonderful, I must say! 👏👏👏
Iam now Fully understand how this system works iam new to oil and gas, your explanation like a professor. Aneongaseo
Explained this better than my professor in a few mins 👍
incredible video Nick
Very informative video. Thanks Nick!
Thank you Sir for your super teaching and informations in this video... You clarified many points in my mind in the Gas dehydration Unit
A very good explanation. Thank you Nick.
Very clear explanation .thank you so much Nick's
Very clear explonation to understand.thank you
Thank you sir! Excellent explanation! I have a clear understanding of TEG Dehydration and regeneration circuit now.

As someone who has worked on these for 26 years, you explained it well!
Thank you. Can I ask where you from? Which company you are working for?
Wonderful Explanation. Thanks
Wow excellent! your explaination is clear & easy to understand. THANK YOU!
That was a very well-done and helpful video.
Thank you very much, your explaination are very clear and help me a lot to understand this process.
Congratulations! It's a full explanation, in easy language.
Very nicely explained in a simple manner, I use it for training junior operators.
I request if you can do one for gas sweetening.
Thank you for your thourough and excellent work
Good work my friend
Thanks. Could you explain more about Optimum temperature and PH of Lean TEG in the Absorber.
So goooodd! I love your video!!
very good explanation, thank you so much dude, i am waiting your next videos
Very well explained. Thank you so much for this video
Thank you! Explanation was really good and useful...
really very useful video brother 🤩
Very nice explanation brother ❤
Hi Nick! thank u for super clear explanation!
Very informative ❤❤❤
Thanks, you are the MAN !!
well explained Nick. Thank you so much.
Very well explained nick. thanks :)
Please help me explain where the Fuel gas flows when it absorbs water from the stripping column @all
Hi, how do you monitor and confirm the concentration of TEG both lean and rich?
clear and detailed lecture. thank you.

What the device which you are using and whats the app on which you are working these slides?
Nicely explained 🎉
Thank you brother. Very nice ❤❤❤
Thanks a lot, you explained very nicely.
Wonderful Sir .
Nicely explained.
Thanks a lot, you explained very nicely
If the temperature between gas and Teg in Contractor more than 15°C what will happen?
Nick this is nice. Are u still making videos?
YES~
What do we do IF we set 99.5 % wt of TEG to be used as an absorbent in the ABSORBER COLUMN? Would you happen to have any advice?
I meant., how to SET at HYSYS v12.1?
Very nice explanation
Very good for learning!
It's amazing, I appreciate it. I just have a question, the density of TEG is normally higher than other fluids, so in flash drum the outlet should be on the left side, am I right?
Thank you !
When liquid came more it is not possible to control by the seperator or kod and contructor tower।।at that time what should we do।।
Because heavy liquid causes pump hasitation, pump not works properly while heavy liquid comes out
very well explained
i have a doubt, how fuel gas absorb water particles
Any video to explain gas dewpointing please
Why it is heated up 30 to 40 degree in stripping column

The tube inside the reboiler is what
Very useful, thank you so much
Hi again, can you please explain MEG unit process flow, in the similar way ?
Very good 3:15
so good thanks
Why it is heated up to 30 to 40 degrees
What time point in the video?
Hi Nick, i work in a big station so we losing a massive of glycol in TEG unit. How i contact with you if you never mind 😘
where is the site? nickleetv2000@gmail.com
nice explain
Good sir
Thank you 👷♀️
Thank you

Please i need this process flow sheet
tnx good
Thank you Sir!
Thanks
Thanks a lot sir
Just to give idea to put line how to control pressurre or temperature in this video (PIC or TIC).
Thanks, maybe next video, I will try.
Please share more
Haha thanks
Hello sir, please I'd like to contact you to get advice on a project and other things, I'm a student by the way
Hi~, what is the issue? you can explain here so that others can see and the information can be shared.
@@nicksengineering987 honestly sir its not something I want to share with the public
Sir please give me your email address@@nicksengineering987
are you a chem engineer sir?
hello sir
