Love the sound, love the whole car. In my opinion the best sounding C7 I’ve ever heard (Z06 and ZR1 included) period. I would love to see (I think others would too) a video of high and low speed fly-bys with your setup in the different exhaust modes. Thanks for sharing your car with us, I know it’s a lot of work making these videos so, just a thought. Keep killing it bro.
Wow I really appreciate that! And that is a great idea regarding the sound modes. I'll try and put something together. It's a little tough to get the space around here to do something like that and or the people willing to help lol.
Just sold my c7 z51 over summer, already back in the market for a c7 GS. Hope insurance isn’t too much worse for me as I’m 22. This black on black looks gorgeous !
What is done to the C7? Going full mod in about a month. 19 Z-51, gonna get their TSP stage 2 cam and heads, max intake manifold, AFE intake, Kooks 2inch headers and green x pipe with the Borla atal I already have on. And a a new torque converter as well. Gonna be a track beast now. After the tune I’m hoping for some serious gains.
Thank you! I just had it on the Dyno and baselined at 437 whp. After my tune I'm at 448whp. I previously already had a tune on it in early in the year when it was less humid, I made 456 whp. Accounting for the difference I should be high 460's / low 470's on a good day.
Love the car. 9.0/10 Also appreciate that you have an M7. Forgive my criticism on this tho don’t take it to heart. Your acceleration braking and shifting are very far off at the time . Speaking from experience track racing rockets. That being said keep pushing. You only learn from doing it over and over again 👍🏻
There was an instance of them hitting the Texas speed underbody sheild that comes with the kit. One small alignment adjustment and that was resolved. No vibrations.
Hi I have a 19 GS Vette with the Texas speed headers and burble tune and X-pipe. I want to put the Katech Throttle Body, to the MSD Intake Manifold. Do I need to buy the 103mm Katech Throttle Body? Also is your vette with stock mufflers or you had it deleted? Thanks !
@@Darkside_C7 thank you very much for the reply ! Do you think it's gonna be obnoxiously loud if I do a muffler delete also Or install a straight piped AWE track axleback exhaust?
@@BigHesh if you don't have any cats then your car is already straight piped 😃. The stock axel back exhaust is a straight pass through the muffler when the valves are open. Exactly why I haven't changed mine. So the only thing you'll get by changing the exhaust is some weight savings and a change in the tone. Any chage in volume would be minimal.
@@Darkside_C7 Hi I am trying to get the same Exhaust tone as yours, but it is very difficult. I have the Texas speed headers and X pipe with no cats. However, when you added the MSD intake manifold and 103mm Katech Throttle Body, did that play a role and increased the volume or raspiness of your exhaust tone?? Or was it simply an increase in Hp and torque? if it was power, how much did it increase to the crank or wheel? My GS currently makes 400hp to the wheel with the headers and AFE cold air intake and tune on it. But I want to increase it. Thank you for your help ! Your Vette is seriously ultimate Goals of mine !
@@BigHesh I really appreciate that and I'll and as best I can. I had the 103 throttle body and MSD with Haltech intake before the headers. My car is a manual. I don't recall but I was probably around 420hp. I have a previous video which shows before and after headers. You can hear how it sounds with just the intake stuff. After headers I was at 447hp / 450 tq. Then e85 470hp / 480tq conservative tune for track use. I think the MSD and throttle body do play a part in the sound for sure, however I wonder if you've heard your car from the outside? I ask because when I'm driving, my car sounds nothing like it does in the videos. I was shocked when I actually heard it from the outside. Maybe you're closer to the sound than you think.
If you're only doing headers and x pipe with no cats or even with cats technically you don't have to do a tune but it's highly recommended. Also your check engine light will be on with no cats and no tune.
@@Darkside_C7 Thanks for the reply!! thats definetly good to know. im going to be doing a tune then for sure. Did you use a tuner or had someone do it?
@@Darkside_C7 thanks so much. That's the setup I was thinking of doing as well. I like the idea of keeping the stock NPP without having to shell out a ton of money for Corsa NPP.
I didn't have any fitment issues. There was 1 minor thing where the headers / x pipe rubbed against the Texas Speed under tray. The x pipe just needed to be realigned.
I promise myself this year, I’m getting one no matter how hard it takes me
I believe in you
I hope you do
Did you do it bro
Did you?

Love the chasing clips. Looks fun as hell
I can't wait to get mine, exact set up
Just did this setup on mine. It screams haha. This video does it justice!
😁 Awesome
I went scorched earth! TSP longtube headers, catless X pipe, and Borla ATAKs on my base '19 Stingray.
🦅 heck yeah!
Yoo wsg? What is the wheel/tire setup. Did yu lower it on stock bolts? Did yu use spacers? Thx. Car is crazy🔥🔥🔥
Great video. I'm getting the same TSP set up with a K&N cai, it's supposed to ready Tuesday. Watching your videos make me so anxious 😬😬
Awesome, it's gonna be sweet! Let me know how you like it.
@@Darkside_C7 I definitely will. Did you get yours tuned, did you feel a difference in power?
@@TheCemonthegreat yes and definitely yes. If you get it tuned you'll notice. You'll likely notice even if it's not tuned.

what a beautiful beast does it have the stock catback?
Thank you! Yes that part is stock. No need to change it in my opinion unless going for more weight savings.

@@Darkside_C7 any issues since the install, did you get it tuned? I'm worried about the warranty being voided on my car

Darkside C7 coming soon..🌝
What wheels are these. Do you have the specs? Offset etc? Are you lowered ?
Is the catted x pipe better or the catless?
Did you take it to a shop for installation and if so what's the price to expect?
