1995 BBC 1 "Going For Gold" intro, with continuity

Recorded 4th April 1995.
A trailer for "Absolutely Fabulous" Thursday, then continuity for "Perry Mason" in 25 minutes and now "Going For Gold" with Henry Kelly, followed by it's intro. Unfortunately this is all that was recorded.

How do you capture your clips? What do you use to get them in such high quality and in interlaced?

I'm using a Windows XP PC with an old TV tuner card, the VCR is connected through a Panasonic DVD recorder to stabilise the picture, then I process the video with some VirtualDub and Avisynth filters
