- A fridge makeover tour - I got basically all the trays etc from Kmart! Its successfully looked pretty like this for the past couple of weeks - so functional and keeps our produce nice and crisp and fresh. Also an update on the raised veggie garden outside too! Its all going so well! In an upcoming vlog i'll show you how it all grows when we get back from Papamoa. Hopefully it doesnt die lol

Fully enjoying the gardening content, I find it relaxing and insightful for a newbie gardener myself. I’d recommend getting some slate tags to label up all your plants etc, just to keep track of what is what🙂

Big beautiful butterflies, not sure which ones you have there, (I'm in Nebraska) love dill and parsley, well the caterpillars do that turn into butterflies. ❤

Are fried green tomatoes a thing in NZ? They are huge in the US, especially in the south, and I’d love to see you try them!! you’re doing amazing Shan! I got into flowers and a few veggies a few summers ago when my daughter was like 4-5 (she’s 7 now) and I absolutely got such a thrill from seeing the fruits of my labor on my plants! Your garden looks truly amazing! ❤❤

Even when I grow beets the leafs are huge and they have had 4-5 months they are only the size of 2 golf balls 🤦🏼♀️hahaha
Beet leaves are edible kinda with scrambled eggs or omelette

Wow I’m in awe how well all your plants are going in pots, I’d love to know what potting mix you use as I believe it’s one of the biggest reasons why plants thrive. I’m in an apartment and have vegepods but all my plants in them don’t look as good as yours 😂 Good job!
