Leeu Passant - an introduction to our Vineyards and Winery

Set on the stunning Leeu Estates, Leeu Passant is the Franschhoek Winery of 4 x South African Winery-of-the-Year, Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines.
The highly regarded Leeu Passant wines are multi-regional bottlings inspired by the classic age-worthy wines of the Cape from the 1900’s. These were authentic wines unique to the culture, terroir, history and tastes of the Cape, and we strive to reflect these unique factors in our wines through natural farming of old and special vineyards and modern minimalist winemaking techniques.
We work with some of South Africa's oldest vineyards (planted as far back as 1900), and bottle wines with beauty, vibrance and authenticity.
