„just dismiss the urge to binge“ - if it was that easy I wouldn’t binge. I eat for a reason: To make me feel good through eating something tasty. So this approach is not working fir me at all. But maybe I need a little more information. Can’t wait for part 2.
I feel the urge but sometimes purposely I fail to that urge. On purpose I am not going to against🤦♀️ I really need strong reason. Or changing the environment completely when that urge comes. Like for instance we can’t do binge in outside or in simple cafe. So stay away from house.
