This is an excellent video. I really struggle with this so any help is always appreciated. Love your videos! Would love to see more projects from the fabrics you carry.
Really enjoyed this video. explains binding so well! Could you possibly do a video teaching handsewn stitches? It’s hard to see exactly what parts you were grabbing to do the hand sewn binding.
Hi Shea, Thank you for your comments and request. We do our best with the cameras to capture as much detail as we can. We will discuss how to allow you to see more of the handwork in the future.
I love your clear and simple videos thank you.Ive just finished my top of quilt with following your instructions for putting strips to a panel so quick and easy my question is you don’t do the seam on the strips like you do with the binding why ????
I am watching this video again, and I am getting better at binding, I was hoping to see the back of your piece. I have trouble with sewing off of the binding on the back. TIA
how do i fix a small area of binding on my quilt that has freyed. the material is a tartan plaid and i can't seem to find the material. what do i do? thankyou anna
I'm going to give it a try! Very clear instructions. I also really like the pink striped and polka dotted fabric you used in the video. Is it still available? What is the collection called?
If I want to machine bind my quilt, does the R foot (blind stitch) work instead of the edge foot you used. As long as I don't tell the machine which foot I have? Then it won't jump over and make a hem stitch?
Very clear instructions. Thank you very much from Spain.
