Well, that's typically what happens when you don't have catalytic converters in racing, which they don't run in V8 Supercars. Plus they changed to E85 from 98RON fuel a few years ago: guess what? Still got flames.
Hi, RacingVolt!! Thank you for uploads, you have a very spectacular races is Australia. But why don't you uploads the V8 Supercars races? Big respect from Hungary, Europe!!
+VinyoHungary it might be worth checking out 'v8superview'. it's run by V8 Supercars themselves, and it's basically a streaming service that shows the races live, with replays uploaded shortly after if you miss the live stream. There is a cost for a season pass but the price is worth it imo
+VinyoHungary it is great to see fans of the brand of racing its hard fast with a hint of gentleman like driving and as you can see for this particular video most of these guys are friends off the track or try to be and plus i don't think you would see many racers apologise for accidentally hitting another driver
Back then it was awsum racing with great personalitys, from the drivers to the com box ...bazza...the diff etc , if they loose larko & crompo im out !!
It still hurts that Jason Richards isn't with us anymore, great racer but was in cars that ran mostly midfield.
i miss Leigh Diffey in the com box for v8's
He does IndyCar on NBCSN these days
@@tripla_jay Go Jays!
man they should add something to the feul to bring the flames and backfires back

yeah but you cannot see them
Quackums boi That's because E85 burns cleaner than standard 98 Octane fuel.
@@chrisandwillhobbies I really miss how they used to spit flames like this too. Looked awesome

+VinyoHungary Due to copyright claims by V8 Supercars. They've blocked uploads of many V8 Supercars videos.
