She said Ian Anderson hasn’t been an influence on her style directly and seemed fed up with the comparison. But, having grown up with parents listening to Jetro Tull, I know that Ian Anderson at least inspires us fans to dig her music.
@@CS-sj9kr I bet that one of the direct influences on Wucan’s style was the Canadian band Blood Ceremony, one of the very first bands in the 21st century occult rock revival movement.
@@autumnphillips151 as a matter of fact- they weren’t either. Also we don’t Sound like then at all imho. We’ve only known about them when we first were compared to them after our first release. You don’t have to be influenced by a „flute band“ to have a flute in the band.
